Keto Milk and Cereal Bars for On-the-Go Snacking
Looking for the perfect breakfast on-the-go, small bites on a road trip or snacks for your little ones? These milk and cereal bars are your answer to all three and more! Made with our Keto Granola, this quick, easy and no sugar added recipe will be your new go-to quick bite to eat.
What You'll Need:
-1 cup of sour cream
-1/4 cup of powdered sugar alternative
-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-2 tablespoons of sugar free honey
-A dash of cinnamon
- In a bowl mix sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, honey, and cinnamon, until creamy.
- Crumble and cut the Vanilla Almond Snack Bar into small pieces
- Mix Keto and Co Keto Granola and Vanilla Snack Bar together
- Use a loaf pan and line with parchment paper
- Spread sour cream mix so it’s an even layer
- Cover with plastic and place in freezer for 4 hours
- Remove from the pan using the parchment to pull out, cut and enjoy!
