What You’ll Need for Flatbread:
-1 bag of Keto and Co Flatbread Mix
- 4 tbsp butter, softened ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-2 large eggs⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-Parchment paper⠀⠀
What You’ll Need for Avocado Spread:
-2 avocados
-¼ cup finely chopped onion
-Juice of ½ a lemon
-1 tsp garlic powder
-Salt
-Pepper⠀
What You’ll Need for Toppings:
-Handful of arugula
-1 tomatoe of your choice, chopped
-¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-Scoop of cottage cheese
-1 fried egg
-Handful of black olives
-4-5 leaves of basil
-“Everything” Seasoning
-Olive oil
-Salt
Pepper⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Cooking Instructions:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Preheat oven to 350F⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Combine Keto and Co Flatbread Mix, 1 cup of lukewarm water, butter, and eggs in a medium mixing bowl and stir until dough forms⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Roll down in between two sheets of parchment paper to 1/4 - 1/3” thick⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Cut into 12 4” in squares and place on baking sheet⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Let rise for an hour and then bake for 15 minutes.
- To make the avocado spread, mash up your avocado and add lemon, garlic powder, onions, salt and pepper. ⠀
- Spread the avocado mixture on your toast and top with the ingredients of your choice from below!
