Best Keto Yogurt Parfait

Easy, satisfying and full of nutrients! This low carb parfait made with fresh berries and an added crunch from some keto granola is sure to brighten up any morning. Recipe + photo by @alittlemorebalanced 


What You’ll Need: 

-1/2 cup Keto and Co Honey Nut Crunch Granola

-1 container of low carb yogurt of your choice (here are our favorites)

-1/4 cup blueberries 

-2 Tbsp keto maple syrup (here are our favorites) 


Cooking Instructions:

  1. Starting with your yogurt, place a few dollops at the bottom of a cup. 
  2. Next sprinkle blueberries, Keto Granola, more yogurt and layer in that order until your cup is filled. 
  3. Top it off by drizzling on your keto maple syrup and enjoy!
