
Coffee cake, just like you remember! Enjoy these keto coffee cake bars by @fit_jade for breakfast with a cup of coffee, as an afternoon snack or an after-dinner treat! Top them off with the cinnamon crumble you love with leftover cookies or your favorite low carb nut.
What You'll Need:
- Keto and Co Vanilla Cake Mix (also on Amazon)
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup of cookies of your choice crumbled up or walnuts
-1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
-1/2 cup chopped walnuts
-Parchment paper
Cooking Instructions:
- Mix full contents of the Keto and Co Vanilla Cake Mix package and set aside
- Mix together the cookie crumbles of your choice or walnuts with the cinnamon
- Pour ⅔ of the vanilla cake batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper
- Sprinkle half of the cookie crumble mixture over the batter
- Pour remaining batter on top and use a spatula to cover all of the crumbles
- Sprinkle the remaining crumbles or nuts to top it off
- Bake at 350F for 25 minutes, then at 425F for 5-7 minutes or until the top is golden brown
