
Home is where the pizza is! Plan your next family pizza night with this fun and easy cheesy pizza rolls that will have everyone wanting more.
What You'll Need:
- 1 package of Keto and Co Flatbread and Pizza Mix
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni or sausage
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine Keto and Co Flatbread and Pizza Mix, 1 cup of lukewarm water, 4 tbsp of butter, and eggs in a medium bowl until smooth dough forms
- Roll out dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 10x14 inches
- Spread mozzarella cheese, pepperoni or sausage and any other toppings you want on your dough
- Starting with the long end, roll up dough tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces. Place rolls on a lightly greased or parchment-lined baking sheet
- In a small bowl combine the 2 tbsp melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings. Then brush over rolls
- Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350F or until browned on top
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with a warm marinara sauce for dipping
