Easy and Cheesy Keto Pizza Rolls for Your Next Family Night Dinner

Home is where the pizza is! Plan your next family pizza night with this fun and easy cheesy pizza rolls that will have everyone wanting more. 

What You'll Need:

- 1 package of Keto and Co Flatbread and Pizza Mix

- 1 cup sliced pepperoni or sausage

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- 6 Tbsp butter

- 2 eggs

- ½ tsp garlic powder

- ½ tsp Italian seasoning

- Grated parmesan cheese

- Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Combine Keto and Co Flatbread and Pizza Mix, 1 cup of lukewarm water, 4 tbsp of butter, and eggs in a medium bowl until smooth dough forms
  2. Roll out dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 10x14 inches
  3. Spread mozzarella cheese, pepperoni or sausage and any other toppings you want on your dough
  4. Starting with the long end, roll up dough tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces. Place rolls on a lightly greased or parchment-lined baking sheet
  5. In a small bowl combine the 2 tbsp melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings. Then brush over rolls
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350F or until browned on top
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with a warm marinara sauce for dipping
