Easy Keto Garlic Flatbread Sticks

These easy-to-make keto garlic flatbread sticks will satisfy your bread cravings with no hits to your low carb diet! Serve them on game day for a guilt-free snack and get ready to make double — even your non-keto friends will be obsessing over this new delicious recipe.

Ingredients You'll Need:

  • 1 Package of Keto and Co Flatbread Mix (also on Amazon
  • 2 Large eggs (for Flatbread preparation) 
  • 1/2 Stick butter (for Flatbread preparation)
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley 
  • 2 Cups Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp butter (for top of flatbread)
  • For the side: 1/2 cup of tomato sauce for dipping (optional) 

Cooking Instructions: 

  1. Prepare Keto and Co Flatbread Mix as directed on package
  2. Let dough sit for 5-10 minutes 
  3. Roll out dough between two pieces of parchment paper, 1/4-1/3" thick
  4. Melt butter and coat flatbread with melted butter, garlic and sprinkle spread parmesan cheese on top
  5. Bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes 
  6. Let dough cool
  7. Top with chopped parsley
  8. Cut flatbread into 12 rectangles and serve with marinara sauce. 
  9. Enjoy!
