How To Make a Cheesy Keto Flatbread Mug Cake

Craving a quick savory snack or a dinner roll? In less than a few minutes, you’ll have a perfect cheesy mug cake for one that you can finish off with your favorite low carb toppings! 

What You’ll Need:

-¼ cup Keto and Co Flatbread and Pizza Mix

-1 Tbsp coconut oil or butter

-1 Tbsp cheese of your choice, shredded

-1 egg, beaten

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Grease a jar or mug and transfer batter.
  3. Microwave for 60 seconds first. If not at your desired texture, microwave in 15 second increments until mug cake is to your liking.
  4. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
