What You’ll Need:
-2.5 cups Keto and Co Pancake and Waffle Mix
-1/3 cup milk
-2 Tbsp melted butter
-1/3 cup sour cream
-1/3 cup Wondrose Sugar Replacer
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1/4 tsp salt
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line an 8X8 baking tin (we recommend using cling wrap to press it down even because the batter will be very thick)
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients and pour batter into the baking tin evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes, let cool completely and top with your favorite low carb frosting!
