What You’ll Need for the Waffles:
-1 bag of Keto and Co Keto Pancake and Waffle Mix
-10 drops of OooFlavors cinnamon roll flavoring
-1 ½ tsp of cinnamon
-4 Tbsp of butter
-3 Tbsp of Wondrose Sugar Replacer
-A few pecans
-Waffle iron
What You’ll Need for the Drizzle:
-¼ cup of low carb syrup of your choice
-3 Tbsp of Wondrose Sugar Replacer
-1 Tbsp of heavy cream
Cooking Instructions:
- Prepare the Keto and Co Pancake and Waffle Mix according to the directions on the back of the package and add ½ tsp of cinnamon and 10 drops of the OooFlavors cinnamon flavoring and set aside.
- Mix together the 4 Tbsp of butter, 3 Tbsp of Wondrose and remaining 1 tsp of cinnamon and set aside.
- Add the pancake batter to the waffle iron first, then swirl in the second bowl of liquid.
- Make your waffle according to the instructions on your waffle iron.
- While the waffles are cooking, mix together all of the ingredients for drizzle.
- Once all waffles are cooked, stack on top of one another and top with drizzle and pecans!
