
Sunday night football is back and better than ever thanks to your delicious half-time snacks, like these Keto Chocolate Football Crispies! What You’ll Need:
-1 cup of Keto and Co Chocolate Sea Salt Granola
-¼ cup of sugar-free dark chocolate chips of your choice
-¼ cup of sugar-free white chocolate of your choice
-1 Tbsp butter
-½ packet of gelatin
-1 Tbsp of Wondrose Sugar Replacer
Cooking Instructions:
- Melt dark chocolate chips, butter, gelatin and Wondrose in a medium bowl. Mix until dissolved.
- Add in your Keto Granola and mix until combined.
- Form into football shapes and let it harden. (optional: put in the freezer for about 10 minutes to help harden quicker)
- Melt white chocolate and pipe the designs (lacing for each football) on top and enjoy!
