You’ve heard about Dalgona Coffee...but have you heard about Dalgona-Misu-Parfait?! Enjoy this whipped, airy and creamy coffee-infused cake for the perfect dessert (or breakfast let’s be honest). Photos and recipe by @aketomyheart

What You'll Need:

- Keto and Co Vanilla Cake Mix (also on Amazon)

- 6 Tbsp butter (3/4 stick), melted

- 4 large eggs, beaten

-½ tsp cider vinegar

- Whipped cream 

-2 Tbsp instant coffee

-2 Tbsp Wondrose Sugar Replacer (also on Amazon)

-2 Tbsp boiling water

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Bake Keto and Co Vanilla Cake by following instructions on packaging
  2. Once your cake has cooled, cut into chunks and set aside
  3. Combine the instant coffee, Wondrose Sugar Replacer, and boiling water to a medium mixing bowl
  4. Mix with an electric mixer until light brown and fluffy
  5. Grab your glass of choice 
  6. Begin the layering process starting with the whipped cream, then the cake and the coffee until the glass is full and ENJOY!
