What You’ll Need for Cake Pops:
-1 bag of Keto and Co Keto Vanilla Cake Mix
-4 large eggs
-6 Tbsp butter, melted
-½ tsp apple cider vinegar
-20 drops of OooFlavors Green Apple
-Sugar free sprinkles of your choice
-Silicone cake pop mold
What You’ll Need for “Apple” Coating:
-½ cup sugar free white chocolate chips of your choice
-5 drops green apple colored food dye
What You’ll Need for the “Caramel” Coating:
-½ cup sugar free white chocolate chips of your choice
-5 drops caramel colored food dye
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350F and spray a silicone cake pop mold with cooking spray.
- Mix all the ingredients for the cake pop together until well combined. Pour into cake pop mold and bake for 25 minutes.
- Let cool completely then remove from mold.
- Next make the “apple” coating. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 20 second intervals until completely melted. Then add the green food dye.
- Dip the cake balls halfway into the melted “apple” chocolate mix and let each cool completely.
- Next make your “caramel” coating. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 20 second intervals until completely melted. Add caramel food dye.
- Dip each cake ball, covering them almost completely in caramel color chocolate mix. Let a little of the apple color be exposed to show the “apple”. Let each cool completely.
- Sprinkle with sugar free sprinkles and enjoy!!
