3 Refreshing Keto Drinks That You'll Enjoy All Summer Long!

What You'll Need:

- 5 mint leaves

- 1 tsp Wondrose Sugar Replacer (also on Amazon)

- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

- 2 oz white rum

- 2 - 4oz Topo Chico carbonated mineral water

- Ice cubes

 

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Add mint leaves, lime and Wondrose to your glass and smash using a muddler
  2. Fill glass with ice
  3. Add white rum and sparkling water
  4. Garnish with a lime slice and extra mint and ENJOY! 

 

 

Low-Carb, No Sugar Added Lemonade

No sugar, no concentratejust the lemonade you remember! Stay refreshed all summer long with just 3-ingredients. Spike it with non-flavored vodka for a hard lemonade!

What You'll Need:

- 1 cup Wondrose Sugar Replacer (also on Amazon)

- 3-4 cups water

- 1 cup fresh lemon juice

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Place the Wondrose and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Stir until the sugar replacer dissolves completely and remove from heat.
  2. Juice your lemons - depending on the size of the lemons, 4 to 6 of them should be enough for one cup of juice.
  3. Pour the lemon juice and the Wondrose Sugar Replacer liquid from the saucepan into a serving pitcher. 
  4. Add 2 to 3 cups of cold water to taste - add more water if you would like it to be more diluted
  5. Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes and ENJOY! 

 

 

Delicious Sweet Tea

A southern classic, without the sugar! Quench your thirst with this 3-ingredient low-carb sweet tea recipe! Drink on your porch, by the pool, or on your video call with friendseither way you'll enjoy this classic all summer long! 

What You'll Need:

- 3 family-sized black tea bags (or 12 regular-sized tea bags)

- 1 cup Wondrose Sugar Replacer (also on Amazon)

- Ice

- Fresh lemon slices

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Bring 4 cups of the water to a boil in a small pot over medium-high heat. Remove from heat
  2. Steep your tea - submerge the tea bags with the strings hanging over the side of the pot. After 5 minutes, remove the bags and discard.
  3. Add the Wondrose and stir until it is completely dissolved
  4. Depending on how much you want to make, add 3 more quarts of water to the tea base to make a gallon of sweet tea and stir to combine
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and serve over ice with a slice of lemon!
