Keto Pancake Mug Cake for One

Craving some keto pancakes but don’t want to make a whole plate? In less than a few minutes, you’ll have a perfect breakfast for one thanks to this quick and easy keto pancake mug cake recipe! 

What You’ll Need:

-¼ cup Keto and Co Pancake and Waffle Mix

-1 Tbsp coconut oil or butter

-1 egg, beaten

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Grease a jar or mug and transfer batter.
  3. Microwave for 60 seconds first. If not at your desired texture, microwave in 15 second increments until mug cake is to your liking.
  4. Add your favorite low carb pancake toppings and enjoy!
