
Take your weekend keto pancakes up a notch with this baked skillet pancake recipe! Filled with your favorite low carb fresh fruit and cooked to perfection in a cast iron skillet, your pancakes will be fluffier and tastier than ever. Recipe and photo by @ketodashapril
What You’ll Need:
-½ cup Keto and Co Pancake and Waffle Mix
-3 eggs
-2 Tbsp nut milk or water
-1 Tbsp of oil
-1/4 cup sliced berries
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375F
- Follow the instructions on the back of the Keto and Co Pancake and Waffle packaging
- On 6-inch nonstick pan, melt 2 Tbsp of butter
- Once the butter has melted, turn off the burner and pour the pancake mix evenly
- Top with your favorite low carb fruits (these are our favorites)
- Bake for 8-10 mins and enjoy!
