Low Carb Buttery Dinner Rolls

Got a bag of your Keto Flatbread Mix on hand? Add these light, fluffy, and buttery Keto Dinner Rolls to your holiday menu this week! They will pair perfectly with the rest of your low carb meal. Photo + recipe by @alittlemorebalanced


What You’ll Need:

-1 bag of Keto and Co Flatbread and Pizza Mix

-4 Tbsp butter, softened

-2 eggs

-1 cup of lukewarm water

-1/4 cup water

-1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

-1 tsp garlic powder


Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees and add all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Stir together until fully combined.
  2. Roll the dough into medium-sized balls and press down to give them a “dinner roll” shape. Sprinkle a little more cheese on top.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Cut open, serve with butter and enjoy!
