Low Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Breakfast Bars

On-the-go breakfasts are essential on those busy days. Made with our Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies plus our Keto Granola for that extra crunch, these breakfast bars are the perfect nutritious snack to start your day off right! Recipe + photo by @cleaneaterr


What You’ll Need:

-1 bag of Keto and Co Chocolate Chip Soft-Baked Cookie Mix

-3 eggs, beaten 

-3/4 stick butter, melted 

-1 1/4 cup of Keto and Co Peanut Butter Crunch Granola plus more to sprinkle a handful on top 


Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Whisk together all ingredients until smooth
  3. Grease or line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and add your mixture to the pan. Top with a little more Keto Granola if desired
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes (until edges are brown), allow to cool before eating and enjoy!
