What You’ll Need:
-1 bag of Keto and Co Chocolate Chip Soft-Baked Cookie Mix
-3 eggs, beaten
-3/4 stick butter, melted
-1 1/4 cup of Keto and Co Peanut Butter Crunch Granola plus more to sprinkle a handful on top
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Whisk together all ingredients until smooth
- Grease or line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and add your mixture to the pan. Top with a little more Keto Granola if desired
- Bake for 18-20 minutes (until edges are brown), allow to cool before eating and enjoy!
