What You’ll Need:
-1/2 cup watermelon, cubed
-1/2 cup melon, cubed
-1/4 cup blueberries
-1/4 cup coconut cream
-2 Tbsp Wondrose Sugar Replacer
-2 Tbsp milk of choice
Cooking Instructions:
- Prepare all of your low carb fruit and place in a medium sized bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together the coconut cream, Wondrose Sugar Replacer, and milk.
- Microwave for 10 seconds or heat on a stovetop until it becomes thick and creamy.
- Pour on top of fruit, give it a good mix and enjoy!
