Low Carb Fruit Salad with Naturally Sweetened Vanilla Dressing

This low carb fruit salad is a refreshing, sweet treat that’s healthy and delicious. With a naturally sweetened vanilla dressing made with Wondrose Sugar Replacer, it’s the perfect addition to any cookout or summer get together! Recipe + photo by @alittlemorebalanced 


What You’ll Need:

-1/2 cup watermelon, cubed

-1/2 cup melon, cubed

-1/4 cup blueberries

-1/4 cup coconut cream

-2 Tbsp Wondrose Sugar Replacer 

-2 Tbsp milk of choice


Cooking Instructions:

  1. Prepare all of your low carb fruit and place in a medium sized bowl. 
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the coconut cream, Wondrose Sugar Replacer, and milk.
  3. Microwave for 10 seconds or heat on a stovetop until it becomes thick and creamy. 
  4. Pour on top of fruit, give it a good mix and enjoy!
