Low Carb Springtime Flatbread Topped with Fresh Veggies

What You’ll Need:

-1 bag of Keto and Co Flatbread and Pizza Mix

-½ stick butter, melted

-2 eggs

-1 green pepper, sliced

-¼ cup onion, sliced

-1 cup spinach

-½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

-2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar or other dressing of your choice

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and combine the Keto and Co Flatbread Mix, butter and eggs until combined. 
  2. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned, add the peppers, onions, tomatoes, spinach and enjoy!
