Mini Candy Peanut Butter and Chocolate Granola Squares

Whether you’re craving a sweet treat or looking for something to snack on, these low carb peanut butter and chocolate granola squares will do just the trick! Recipe + photo by @ketobydesign

What You'll Need:

-1/3 cup of Keto and Co Chocolate Sea Salt Keto Granola

-1/3 cup of Keto and Co Peanut Butter Crunch Keto Granola

-3 Tbsp butter

-2 Tbsp of heavy cream

-4 Tbsp of brown sugar substitute (Recipe to make with Wondrose HERE)

-1/3 cup of chocolate chips

-Sprinkling of sea salt

 

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Add granola to a food processor or blender and purée until the granola turns into a powder.

  2. In a skillet brown butter, add in cream and brown sugar substitute and mix. Let form into a sticky paste by bringing it to a bubble while still stirring. 

  3. Add paste and both Keto and Co Keto Granola’s to a bowl and mix. 

  4. Add mixture to a flexible, rectangular tupperware container 

  5. Pop container in the freezer.

  6. You can add a layer or just a drizzle of chocolate and a sprinkling of sea salt! 

  7. Store in the refrigerator for a week or freeze for up to 3 months. Enjoy!
