What You’ll Need:
-1 bag of Keto and Co Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
-3/4 stick of unsalted butter, softened
-3 large eggs, beaten
-Milk of your choice
- Preheat oven to 350⁰
- Whisk together all ingredients until smooth
- Drop small rounded teaspoons onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press to flatten ever so slightly. Shape if desired. (Pro-tip: use wet fingers to press so they don’t stick) You can also use a ½ Tbsp measuring tool to get the perfect shape and size!
- Bake for 9-12 minutes and allow to cool.
- Add your cookies to a bowl, serve with milk and enjoy!
