Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars Perfect For Snacking

The perfect snack that your little ones will love. These delicious bars are about as close as you can get to a peanut butter and jelly sandwich just like you remember...but without the carbs and the bread! Recipe + photo by @alittlemorebalanced


What You’ll Need:

-1 bag of Keto and Co Peanut Butter Cookie Mix

-¾ stick unsalted butter, melted

-3 eggs

-1/2 cup sugar-free jelly or preservative of your choice

-1 cup Keto and Co Peanut Butter Crunch Granola


Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Mix together Keto and Co Peanut Butter Cookie Mix, butter and eggs until smooth. 
  3. Once smooth dough is formed, spread on an 8x8 lined baking dish and bake for 9-12 minutes.
  4. Once done and cooled, spread your sugar free jelly over the pan, top with your Keto and Co Peanut Butter Granola and enjoy!
