What You’ll Need:
-1 bag of Keto and Co Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
-¾ stick unsalted butter, melted
-3 eggs
-1/2 cup sugar-free jelly or preservative of your choice
-1 cup Keto and Co Peanut Butter Crunch Granola
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Mix together Keto and Co Peanut Butter Cookie Mix, butter and eggs until smooth.
- Once smooth dough is formed, spread on an 8x8 lined baking dish and bake for 9-12 minutes.
- Once done and cooled, spread your sugar free jelly over the pan, top with your Keto and Co Peanut Butter Granola and enjoy!
