
Keto Pickled Onions
Within 15 minutes, give your favorite meals a burst of flavor with these pickled onions made with items that are already in your pantry. Recipe and photo by @ketobydesign
What You'll Need:
- 1 red onion
- 1 Tbsp Wondrose Sugar Replacer
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- Air-tight container
Cooking Instructions:
- Slice your onion and add to an air-tight container
- Bring the water to a boil, then add both kinds of vinegar and Wondrose
- Keep boiling until Wondrose dissolves - about 2 minutes
- Pour hot liquid mixture on top of onions in container and push down until they are fully submerged
- Add any additional spices
- The onions will be ready in an hour and will last up to two weeks in the fridge!

What You'll Need:
- 8-10 jalapeños, sliced
- 2 tsp Wondrose Sugar Replacer (Add more Wondrose for less spicy jalapeños or less Wondrose for spicer jalapeños)
- 1 tsp avocado oil
- 2 cups white vinegar
- Air-tight container
- Feel free to add garlic or salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Slice your jalapeños and add to an air-tight container
- Mix together Wondrose, avocado oil, and vinegar
- Pour liquid mixture on top of jalapeños in container and push them down until they are fully submerged
- Add any garlic, salt or any other spices you'd like
- Put the jalapeños container in the fridge and enjoy!
