What You’ll Need for the Brownies:
-1 bag of Keto and Co Fudge Brownie Mix
-¾ cup butter
-3 eggs, beaten
What You’ll Need for the Cookies:
-1 bag of Keto and Co Peanut Butter Soft-Baked Cookie Mix (or any Keto Soft-Baked Cookie Mix)
-3 eggs, beaten
-¾ stick butter, melted
-½ cup sugar free chocolate chips of your choice (optional)
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Prepare the Keto and Co Fudge Brownie Mix according to the directions on the back of the packaging.
- Spread in a prepared pan as the bottom layer.
- Prepare the Keto and Co Peanut Butter Soft-Baked Cookie Mix according to the directions on the back of the packaging and stir in ½ cup of chocolate chips to the batter.
- Scoop the peanut butter cookie dough into balls evenly over the brownie layer and slightly flatten out.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until slightly brown and enjoy!
