The Best Keto Friendly Brookie Recipe

What do you do when you want to make brownies AND cookies? You make both! These rich, fudgey and chocolatey low carb brookies are such a fun and easy treat to make for any occasion. Recipe + photo by @thelowcarbcontessa


What You’ll Need for the Brownies:

-1 bag of Keto and Co Fudge Brownie Mix

-¾ cup butter 

-3 eggs, beaten

 

What You’ll Need for the Cookies:

-1 bag of Keto and Co Peanut Butter Soft-Baked Cookie Mix (or any Keto Soft-Baked Cookie Mix)

-3 eggs, beaten

-¾ stick butter, melted

-½ cup sugar free chocolate chips of your choice (optional)


Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 
  2. Prepare the Keto and Co Fudge Brownie Mix according to the directions on the back of the packaging.
  3. Spread in a prepared pan as the bottom layer.
  4. Prepare the Keto and Co Peanut Butter Soft-Baked Cookie Mix according to the directions on the back of the packaging and stir in ½ cup of chocolate chips to the batter.
  5. Scoop the peanut butter cookie dough into balls evenly over the brownie layer and slightly flatten out. 
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until slightly brown and enjoy!
