The Perfect Keto Friendly Everything Bagels

These bagels are a keto miracle! Bite into a chewy and cheesy keto treat that’s bursting with classic, bagel-shop flavor. Nutty poppy seeds, savory garlic, sesame and sea salt on top of a chewy bagel with phenomenal flavor. These bagels are an instant, keto classic! 

What You’ll Need:

-1 bag of Keto and Co Flatbread & Pizza Mix

-6 tsp Everything Bagel seasoning of your choice

-1 cup hot water  

- ¼ cup butter

-2 large eggs 

-1 large egg for egg wash

-1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

-2 Tbsp cream cheese

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Combine water and butter. Microwave mixture until butter is mostly melted.
  3. Combine Keto and Co Flatbread Mix with water/butter mixture and mix until smooth. Add 1 egg and mix again.
  4. Mix cheddar cheese with cream cheese and microwave for 30 seconds, or until softened. Fold into dough mixture.
  5. Divide dough into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a tight ball and flatten slightly.
  6. Press your finger through the center of a dough ball to form a ring. Stretch ring to make a bagel shape about 3.5” across.
  7. Beat remaining egg for 30 seconds. Brush the top of each bagel with beaten egg and sprinkle 1/2 tsp Savory Bagel Seasoning on each bagel.
  8. Bake bagels at 400F for 20 mins and enjoy!
